Originally known as Papi Churro, the journey began when two Papis left their jobs in the city to follow a dream of opening a dessert café. Two bespoke foodtrucks and thousands of churros later, it’s safe to say we rate our churros.
But our love for good food has grown beyond the traditional dessert and after some great ideas, a jar of homemade hot sauce and a couple of pints, two became three.
Globally inspired, the three Papis now focus on food that warms the soul; from hearty meatball subs and authentic Cuban sandwiches, to full english breakfast & the best fried chicken in town... Everything is made big & fresh, so you’ll be sure to walk away with a smile on your face.
